Processing Time
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible! All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, along with a tracking number.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and package size. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders!
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Time: After processing, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package.
If an item is listed as out of stock or preorder, it will be restocked or posted again once available. You can contact us for information on when an item will be restocked or if you'd like to be notified when it becomes available again.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on fulfilling U.S. orders until we expand our shipping capabilities.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to input errors.
Missing or Delayed Packages
Once your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your local post office or carrier to confirm its status. Famora Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
Preorders & Restocks
If you place an order for a preorder or out of stock item, please note that we will restock or re-release the item as soon as possible. Preorder processing times vary, and we will notify you of any significant delays. If you want to know when an item will be restocked or released, feel free to reach out!
