Famora Jewelry 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

  1. Problematic Returns (Defective or Wrong Item):

    • If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days at famorajewelry@gmail.com. Provide photo proof of the issue.
    • You can choose to receive a replacement or a full refund for defective or incorrect items.
  2. Non-Problematic Returns (No Issues with the Item):

    • If you simply changed your mind or the item isn't what you expected, we offer store credit or, if preferred, you may return it for a refund (return shipping is at your own expense).
    • To start a return, please contact us first at famorajewelry@gmail.com to request approval. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • We recommend using a signed postal service to return your items. This ensures the package can be tracked in case of any issues.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once your return is received, please allow 14 days for processing. After your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at famorajewelry@gmail.com with a picture of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.

  • Sale Items are non-refundable, except where required by law.
